YOUR ARRIVAL
To fully enjoy your treatment, we recommend arriving 10 minutes before the start of your appointment. We provide bathrobes, slippers, bath towels, and disposable underwear. Swimsuits, boxers, and flip-flops are mandatory. We decline all responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings within the SPA and treatment rooms.

DELAY
Any delay on your part will result in a reduction in the duration of the treatment. Under no circumstances may the treatment be extended beyond the agreed time so as not to delay the following people. The price of the treatment will remain unchanged.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation 12 hours before the service, 100% of the value of the treatment will be charged. The duration of the treatment indicated is expressed in "occupancy time" of the cabin (including time for undressing, dressing and showering). Prices are subject to change without notice.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS
Pregnant women, people under medical supervision or with contraindications (under treatment, circulatory disorders, allergies, etc.) must provide, upon arrival, a medical certificate less than 3 months old authorizing them to perform the treatments. Treatments for pregnant women are provided during the 2nd trimester only.

SPA RULES
Our Spa is a space dedicated to rest and relaxation. We would appreciate it if you would turn off your cell phones to fully enjoy your experience and respect the peace and quiet of other guests. Entrance to the Spa is reserved for guests aged 12 and over, under the supervision of a parent. All treatments on the menu are provided to guests over 12 years old.

Our treatments and massages are in no way therapeutic or medical. They are dedicated to well-being, relaxation and rest.
